 Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a full refund or exchange.
  • If the item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.
